Teamwork and Precision: The Art of Handle Doubles
Handles is a fun introductory climbing act, with two-person teams consisting of a base and a top. This is a great father-daughter act, although any gender can base and climb, and individuals can also join without a teammate. The base supports the climber, who performs various tricks throughout the act, such as the Layback, Flying Angel, and advanced tricks such as Handle Stands.
Skills Needed:
The base should be able to ski on two skis with a seated dock start with the top on his or her shoulders, and the top should be comfortable to climb on her base.
Equipment Needed:
None, all equipment is available at practices.
